Where is your office?

You will find our office opposite the Job Centre on Queen Street in Morecambe.

What fees do you charge?

We do not charge any fees.

What do I have to pay upfront?

You will need to pay a deposit which is equivalent to five week’s rent and a month’s rent in advance.

Do you accept pets?

Each property is different, it is at the discretion of the landlord and can be discussed further.

Do you accept DHS, Universal Credit, Housing Benefit?

Yes we do.

How much notice do I have to give?

If the agreement does not specify a notice period, tenants generally need to give at least 2 months' written notice.

Notice should normally be given in writing (letter, email, or text) and end on a rent day or the day before.

Can we decorate?
